A CRM Recruiter
Who’s Been in Your Shoes

Boutique CRM & Marketing Automation recruitment — by a 20-year practitioner who knows what great CRM talent actually looks like.

  • Exclusively CRM & Marketing Automation — zero generalism
  • Founded by a 20-year CRM Consultant and Solution Architect
  • Pre-vetted shortlists — you only meet candidates who clear the bar
  • Three engagement models: retainer, hourly, or full-time placement
  • Shortlist delivered within 5–10 business days of engagement
  • Serving companies across the United States and Canada

What Makes CRM Force Different

Every recruiter says they’re specialized. Here’s what specialization actually looks like when it’s real.

Your Recruiter Has Done the Job

Saad Ahmed founded CRM Force after 20 years as a CRM Consultant and Solution Architect. He built implementations, ran client relationships, and managed complex CRM projects. When he reviews a candidate for your role, he is not reading a job description. He is evaluating whether someone can do the work he has done himself.

We Know What Good Looks Like

We know the difference between a Salesforce Admin and a Salesforce Architect. Between HubSpot Marketing Hub and RevOps. Between a developer who can write Apex and one who just configured workflows. Most recruiters cannot make those distinctions. We can — which means you only meet candidates who are actually qualified for your specific role.

No Resume Dumps. Ever.

We send you a shortlist of 3 to 5 pre-vetted candidates, each accompanied by our written assessment of why we believe they are right for your role. We do not send you 20 resumes and ask you to sort the qualified ones. Your time is too valuable for that, and our reputation depends on the quality of what we submit.

Boutique Scale, Senior Attention

We are not a firm of 400 recruiters juggling 200 searches simultaneously. Every active search at CRM Force receives senior attention. You are working directly with people who understand the work your next hire will do — not a junior coordinator who is reading your job description for the first time when you call.

Shortlist in 5–10 Business Days

From signed engagement to first shortlist, our standard commitment is 5 to 10 business days. For urgent contract requirements, we typically move faster. We give you a real timeline based on role complexity and current market conditions — not an optimistic number designed to win the search.

Three Flexible Engagement Models

Monthly retainer for ongoing hiring pipelines and multiple active searches. Hourly consulting for project-based or time-sensitive requirements. Traditional full-time placement for permanent hires. Every model includes sourcing, multi-stage screening, skills assessment, and reference validation — the delivery vehicle changes, the standard does not.

How We Fill Your Role

Four steps from brief to shortlist — no surprises, no padding, no wasted interviews.

We Learn Your Requirements

A focused role briefing call — not a generic intake form. We ask about platform, seniority level, technical depth required, team structure, and what a genuinely great candidate looks like for your specific situation. The brief matters more than most clients expect.

We Search Our Network

We work our pre-built database of CRM professionals alongside targeted outreach to passive candidates who are not actively applying. The majority of the people we present are not on the job boards. They are available to the right opportunity — if the right person asks.

You Receive a Shortlist

Typically 3 to 5 pre-vetted candidates, each with our written assessment — not just a resume. We tell you why we believe each person is right for your specific role, where they are strong, and what you should probe in the interview. You decide who moves forward.

We Support You to Offer

We coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, provide market-rate compensation benchmarks, and support you through the offer stage. The search does not end when we send the shortlist — it ends when you have the right person in the role.

Saad Ahmed, Founder of CRM Force
From the Founder

Vetted by Someone Who’s Built What Your Next Hire Will Build

My name is Saad Ahmed. Before founding CRM Force, I spent two decades as a CRM Consultant and Solution Architect — building Salesforce implementations, designing data models, leading client engagements, and doing the exact work that the professionals I now place for you do every day.

I started CRM Force because I had watched bad CRM hiring from both sides. Hiring managers who received 20 resumes and had no way to evaluate them. Consultants placed into roles they were not ready for. And recruiters who could not tell a Salesforce Admin from a Solutions Architect — let alone assess whether a candidate could run a complex implementation.

When CRM Force presents a candidate for your role, I am not running a keyword match. I am evaluating whether that person can do the work I have done myself. That is a different standard — and it is why the people we present are almost always the people you hire.

The Difference Specialization Makes

Generalist agencies fill 200 roles a month across accounting, logistics, and software engineering. We fill CRM roles only. Here is what that difference looks like when you are the hiring manager.

Generalist Recruiter

  • Sends 20 resumes — you sort the qualified ones
  • Cannot distinguish Admin from Architect from Consultant
  • Judges candidates by job title and years of experience
  • Every submission requires your time to evaluate
  • Measures success by volume of CVs sent
  • Moves to the next search once shortlist is submitted
  • Presents candidates you could have found on LinkedIn yourself

CRM Force

  • Shortlist of 3–5, each accompanied by our written assessment
  • Distinguishes platform, discipline, and seniority at every level
  • Evaluates real-world execution, not just credentials
  • Every candidate presented is a recommendation, not a possibility
  • Measures success by placement quality and your time saved
  • Stays engaged through every interview round and offer stage
  • Surfaces passive candidates not visible on any job board

Frequently Asked Questions

How is CRM Force different from other staffing agencies?
CRM Force is founded and led by a 20-year CRM Consultant and Solution Architect. We screen candidates the way a technical hiring manager would — evaluating real-world execution, platform depth, and role fit — not by matching keywords or checking certifications. We are exclusively focused on CRM and Marketing Automation, which means we never send you resumes from candidates who would not survive a technical conversation with your team.
What CRM platforms and roles does CRM Force fill?
We staff across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Adobe Experience Cloud, ServiceNow, and AI-native CRM disciplines. Role types include CRM Consultant, Solution Architect, Administrator, Developer, RevOps Specialist, Marketing Automation Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, Practice Lead, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and AI CRM Specialist. If it touches CRM or Marketing Automation, we staff it.
How quickly can you deliver a candidate shortlist?
Our standard commitment is a first shortlist within 5 to 10 business days of engagement and role briefing. For urgent contract requirements, we typically move faster. We give you honest timelines based on role complexity and current market conditions — not inflated promises designed to win the search.
What engagement models does CRM Force offer?
Three models: a monthly retainer for ongoing hiring pipelines and multiple active searches, an hourly consulting arrangement for project-based or time-sensitive requirements, and a traditional full-time placement service with a fee on successful hire. Every model includes sourcing, multi-stage screening, skills assessment, and reference validation.
Do you work with companies in the US and Canada?
Yes. We place CRM and Marketing Automation professionals with companies across the United States and Canada. Our Ontario-based team has deep familiarity with the Canadian hiring landscape, including compensation benchmarks, provincial employment norms, and the cross-border talent market.
What does your candidate screening process look like?
Every candidate in our shortlist has passed a multi-stage review: an initial platform and role depth assessment, a practitioner interview conducted by our team, verification of claimed experience and certifications, and reference validation. We do not submit candidates based on keyword matching alone. Our standard is straightforward: would we be comfortable presenting this person in front of a senior technical stakeholder at your organization?
What happens if a placement does not work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee on full-time placements. If a placed candidate exits within the guarantee period for any performance-related reason, we re-engage the search at no additional placement fee. The specifics are covered in your engagement agreement. Our boutique model means our reputation depends on placement quality — we are highly motivated to get it right the first time.
